The apartment looked modern, clean, and well equipped. The furniture and appliances appeared to be new and of good quality. We also appreciated that the owners were understanding, agreed to cancel our reservation, and refunded the payment without any additional issues.

We booked this apartment mainly because of the beautiful mountain view shown in almost all the listing photos. However, when we arrived, we discovered a large construction site directly in front of the windows. A new building now almost completely blocks the mountain view, and construction noise was still clearly audible at around 6 p.m. We were not informed about the construction in advance, and the current situation was not shown in the listing. After a six-hour journey with a small child, we had to urgently find another place to stay, which was very stressful and time-consuming. Although the apartment itself looked quite nice, without the advertised view and with ongoing construction nearby, we do not believe it is worth the current price. We would never have booked it if the photos had reflected the actual situation.

Spotless clean, high-end luxury appliances and excellent location, barely one minute from the slopes by foot.

The Spa was not that great, pool was not completely full, hammam not always working and the water not that warm.

La ubicación, lo nuevo que estaban todas las instalaciones y utensilios y lo atentos que estaban de nuestra comodidad y satisfacción. Incluía numerosos detalles como las servilletas, papel higiénico, pastillas del lavavajillas, detergente de lavadora, secador de pelo e incluso plancha de pelo… Una maravilla!

Tot va estar de 10. La ubicació, les facilitats de l’allotjament, l’apartament estava molt ben cuidat i amb tot detall pensat. Sens dubte, un lloc per sentir-te com a casa i repetir! Atenció, indicacions i comunicació amb la propietaria perfecte.
