    Firstly this is not a hotel, its a hostel! Situated deep inside, not near city center. We arrived late, staff insisted in us doing web check in which was a struggle because we r foreigners. My phone could not detect his number to do the check in. After multiple attempts, he decided to do it using his phone. I dont understand why registration process is such a hassle! Second no lift. Third TV not working. Forth no balcony view as stated in their page. Fifth hot water halfway stopped while bathing in the morning. And the worst of all was the non stop loud music & fireworks throughout the night coming from nearby temple right behind the hostel!!! The rooms are spacious, however if a good night sleep is your main goal, dont stay here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
