    I recently stayed for a day. It’s is only having advantage of its location. Rest are below. Cockroach in the bathroom Water kettle has irons dust inside it. Breakfast is worse and kept in directs utensils.

    I recently stayed at this hotel and overall the experience was not very comfortable. Basic facilities were not provided unless we asked multiple times. Even simple amenities like water bottles, towels, and dental kits were not kept in the room by default. Many times we had to request the staff for these essentials. Another disappointing point is that they sometimes try to charge for water bottles, even though those should be complimentary. It feels inconvenient when basic hospitality standards are not maintained. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work towards improving their service quality.

    Value for money is okay. Location is also good. One thing I can commend, Johnson from the restaurant has been very professional, polite and gave wonderful customer service. While, I would recommend placing someone who knows how to speak in English in the reception. That way, client and the reception can understand each other better.
