Komachi House

La estancia fue espectacular, desde el primer momento el anfitrión nos ayudó en todo, necesitábamos a un mecánico para nuestra moto y nos acompañó a buscar uno, después nos dio todo lo necesario para lavar la ropa, por la tarde nos sentamos a tomar una cervezas y conversar con él, con lo que acabó invitandonos a cenar con su familia ya que era el cumpleaños de su hija y al día siguiente nos llevó a ver el espectacular mirador de los campos de arroz. A sido mucho más que una estancia en un hostel, a sido una experiencia inolvidable.

Nice House, even though next to the street it’s not loud because the rooms facing the garden on the backside at a lower level. The owner is very kind and welcoming. We went up the hill with him the next morning for the sunrise and to see the spider net rice field of that village. We all shared a very special moment there

Wow, I was so lucky to find this gem! Basic accommodation, simple but delicious food, and great hospitality from Jon and Risma. Amazing trails to see the view of the spiderweb rice fields. There are also other trails to the village or a small lake. If you are interested in birding, don't forget to bring your binoculars and camera! There are many birds in the hills. Great place to see Ornate Pittas, Tenggara paradise flycatchers, and more. Such an amazing birding destination. Jon is an amazing and knowledgeable guide. Wish I could stay longer.
