    I booked via agoda. When I got to the hotel.they said we don't work with agoda anymore.they forced me to pay to check in

    We booked 3 rooms ahead of time for our partner clients for 2 Nights 3 days before the date of check-in, unfortunately the Hotel was telling our partner client guest during check-in that they cannot accommodate the PAID BOOKING then suddenly they can but need to check-in 11pm on May 3 (Due to Late Checkouts?). We note 2 twin beds, but no available but it was indicated on the booking. This is the first time and worst booking I experienced. They told us there will be available complimentary breakfast, but there was none henceforth we call the receptionist again May 4 to accomodate this matter. I hope they really improve their service because there are less expensive hotel but can give quality service. The booking on this hotel is not value for money.
