    Booked for a 2 night stay on a room with a queen bed. When we reached the hotel, the staff said that they already gave the room that I booked to another guest and they want us to use another room with small bunk beds. They kept blaming Agoda that the system was not updated. When I told them that I will submit a complain to Agoda, then they gave us a room with a queen bed. They call the room as “premium” but there is actually “no premium” look on that room. Staff - one of the staff is rude and very unprofessional in handling our check-in issue. He is trying to intimidate me by raising his voice, until I told them that I will submit a complain. Wifi - there is a wifi but no internet connection Toilet seat - elevated. You will look like a toddler with your feet hanging while sitting on the bowl. See the uploaded pic Mosquito - lots and lots of mosquitos. probably they have a mosquito farm inside Blanket - the blankets are actually curtains that were repurposed as a blanket. See the uploaded pic Towels - have an awful smell

    Tho that was just one night experience & its on the weekend, expected madami tourist. First, no watcher at night na pwedeng magcontrol ng noise sa mga tourist. I mean even until 2am ang iingay nila outside and nagtatakbuhan pa ang iba. 2nd, no heater sa banyo and no bathroom mirror and sa dami ng tao mahina din water at times sa banyo. 3rd, the bedroom is really too small for its price. This is our 2nd night in san juan, d lang kami nakakuha ng pangsecond night sa first check in namen The Front desk male is highly recommended tho. Sorry but this is my opinion. Moving forward for improvement, thanks.
