Jal Sparsh Resort Mulshi by Vibescapes

I visited this place with my wife for a one-night stay. The location was amazing, connectivity from Mumbai was smooth, and activities such as a boat ride, a bullock cart ride, and indoor games were great. About Food? I would give it a 2 of 5.

Amazing stay and hospitality, ambience is too notch, the greenery and views. The food is also decent. Would definitely recommend. Special thanks to Pradumna Suryawanshi, the manager- who arranged birthday decorations and cake at the last minute on our request for my mom’s bday. The experience will be remembered forever.

We booked for 2 nights with per night rate of 15k INR. Naturally we were expecting Radission type hospitality here . But we’re shocked to see such dirty room. Stained linens , curtains and dusty headboards greeted us. Food options are limited even though they have a long menu. Never going back again.

I stayed at this resort twice in the past two months. First with my parents, this time with my spouse. Both experiences were disappointing. First visit, the jacuzzi had issues, the room was not ready, and we even had a rat inside at night. This time, I requested reception to check the room before check-in. They assured me it was ready, but again the jacuzzi had a pipe issue. A plumber came but could not fix it fully. Basic items like hand towels, shower gel, and Goodnight liquid were missing. We had to call reception multiple times. We lost almost an hour just to get the room ready. Food was the worst part. Veg cheese toast sandwich was full of potatoes, no cheese taste. Mango milkshake had spoiled milk, smelled bad. Chicken biryani tasted like boiled rice with chicken pieces, no aroma or masala. Buffet breakfast had very few tables. We waited 35 minutes for a seat. Spread was basic, taste was average. Facilities are limited. No pool table, no table tennis, no board games. No landline in the room. Tata Sky was missing many channels. We paid close to 16k for one night. Definitely not worth it. Many resorts in Mulshi and Lonavala offer far better stays at lower prices. Only positive was the location and the private jacuzzi, nothing else.
