    great hotel about 10 mins drive from centre and night markets, fantastic staff all very good, sully who was at breakfast, the girls on reception, the young cleaners and the gardener all did a fantastic job, all works very hard to keep place great. the gym was amazing and so was pool, we would defo return again in future thankyuu for a relaxing holiday .

    We stayed 9 x nights, primarily to base ourselves for period of non-travel over Christmas and New Year and have a decent gym to workout. (we travel fulltime) The gym is huge and had everything we needed and definitely the largest hotel gym we have ever experienced. There's also tennis courts and a pool. Access to the gym is via facial recognition and you register your access at the reception. When we first arrived, we walked into our room (A105) and immediately thought the room was really big, large TV, fridge, sofa, desk area, but the bed was small(?) Went through the door to checkout the bathroom, and discovered another bedroom with a king-size bed, free-standing bath tub, dressing room, shower room, toilet and another large TV. The entire room(s) was seriously large and perfect for our time to have a lounge room and a separate bedroom. The bed was very comfortable and had really good quality cotton bedding. Staff were all amazing and everyone happy and smiling and willing to assist, though some had limited English which is never a problem, but just have a translation app handy. The hotel is not in a super convenient location in relation the the city area, so be warned it's around 5 - 10 mins drive. The hotel will drop you at the city for free and you can get a taxi back (Loca app). We hired a motorcycle through reception, so we could get around and planned our days accordingly. The biggest (strangest) aspect of the hotel.... there is no bar or restaurant!? We had breakfast everyday and the coffee is great, but outside of the breakfast, there is no food options!

    Location is not closed to city centre, you need to have own transport or public transport. Balcony door is unable to locked, creating safety risk. The place is a bit noisy with tour group guests. The room has a fantastic view with mountains background.
