    Room was not clean at all. No towels provided. Bedsheets were used. No restuarant in the hotel, staff will get you food from outside. Location was good only if you are driving and just wanted to stay a night. I will not recommend at all.

    I really love the way they treated us and their support , I would be really thanks to agoda , pinaki staff and all their team members for this much support , I am unexpectedly surprised to see the best behaviour along with cultural support in varanasi. I would always thankful and recommend people to visit definitely for once in this resort. Best in class and best in varanasi. ❣️

    1. Staff dont want to give service, even for water or food or towel, we needed to take 2-3 follow ups and wasted 1-2 hours for basic things. 2. They close restaurant at 10.30PM, so they won’t be able to give cold water or only plates, bowls kind of things. 3. They have very beautiful Swimming pool, so they give it to University students for party and they play any kind of music like honey singh Volume 1 on the loudest speaker until 11-12 at the night even so it doesn’t matter if families are staying there or they have given rooms to families. 4. Very very poor management for families or couples.
