    The historic haveli itself was absolutely beautiful, with a magical courtyard. The staff Anisha, David and team were super polite and helpful as well. No complaints here. Old Delhi area though is not for the faint of heart. It’s crowded, dirty, hectic, dusty. So do come with the right expectation and know that it will be a hard landing for new visitors to Delhi like ourselves. If you can look past all of that, the area does have its own unique rugged charm, with great food options and close proximity to historical sights. It’s undoubtedly unforgettable, in a world where travelling has become sanitised and homogeneous. We are thankful for the experience.

    I stayed here for a night. The service was excellent from beginning to end. I was greeted by Anisha at check in and welcomed with a cool drink. She was available on whatsapp for the whole stay and very helpful with making arrangements whether for dinner or for checkout. The haveli itself is architecturally beautiful and peaceful hidden in a very chaotic area of Delhi. Eating the vegatable thali dinner in the courtyard was a lovely experience.

    Faizu and the rest of the Neem Haveli team provided wonderful hospitality during my stay at Neem Haveli. The haveli is conveniently located within walking distance of a number of historic sites in (old) Delhi, and it was a welcomed oasis of peace to return to after a long day of sight seeing. Highly recommended!

    The idea of turning an old Haveli into a boutique hotel is great, but this stay was a mixed bag. It can be hard to find, because there is no signage on the building, no instructions provided in advance and there were no staff on hand when we arrived. Definitely not recommended for night arrivals, because you have to walk through several blocks of alleyways, and taxis will not / cannot take you to the location. The rooms themselves are reasonably comfortable, but could use a good scrub for cobwebs and dust. And there is a lot of street noise, plus the hotel/cultural center hosts evening/nighttime events in the courtyard and all rooms open only into the courtyard.
