• مدة الانتظار خارج الفندق كانت طويلة، حيث انتظرت ما يقارب ساعة قبل إنهاء إجراءات الدخول. • لا يتم استخدام أنظمة أو أجهزة حديثة لإدارة الحجوزات، حيث تتم الكتابة يدويًا على البورد دون وجود تنسيق واضح للمواعيد أو الحجوزات. • طريقة الدفع إجبارية عبر التحويل البنكي باستخدام رمز QR فقط، ولا تتوفر وسيلة دفع عبر جهاز نقاط البيع داخل الفندق. • قمت برفع طلب تمديد الإقامة عبر تطبيق بوكينج وأبلغت موظفي الاستقبال بذلك، إلا أنهم أفادوا بأنهم لا يتعاملون مع بوكينج وأنه سيتم إيقاف التعامل معه، بينما بعد انتهاء الإقامة تم طلب التقييم عبر تطبيق بوكينج، مما يعكس تناقضًا في التعامل. • بشكل عام، يلاحظ وجود ضعف في التنظيم وغياب الوضوح والاحترافية في الإجراءات. • تعامل الموظفين كان لطيفًا ومحترمًا، إلا أن هناك حاجة واضحة لتطوير مهاراتهم المهنية وتزويدهم بدورات تدريبية لتحسين مستوى الخدمة .
