Die Lage des Apartments und der Ausblick einfach atemberaubend. Strand direkt vor der Tür, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt unter dem Apartment. Räumlichkeiten und Platz ausreichend. Man sieht den Sonnenaufgang. Tiefgarage einfache perfekt mit viel Platz direkt darunter.
Das Apartment war sehr dreckig und hinter manchen Türen stank es nach Schimmel/ Feuchtigkeit. Das Bad bietet wenig Platz und keine Abstellmöglichkeit. Die Dusche mit Schimmel besetzt, der Duschvorhang lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Amateuren wackeln. Betten waren nicht bequem.
