Clean facilities. Cozy.

The location is very convenient, right on the seaside of Vrontados which is just a 7 min drive from the centrum to the north. In the evenings, you can either be in the lively atmosphere of the town or drive/walk a bit more north for some good restaurants that are quiet. Inside the room is very clean (cleaned every day during our stay). It is quite spacious, modern decorated (unlike many other apartments in Chios) and the kitchen is very good equipped. The owner / manager is a very kind and attentive person who helped us immediately with issues and/or suggestions.

Our room was located on the base floor right next to the reception and car park. All the guests have to pass right in front of our balcony where there's a common area for sitting. This was a lack of privacy, quietness and discreet for us. The ceiling fan was enough so we did not need the air conditioner but it was a hassle for us. Although the owner showed us a couple of times to close lock the door and work the A/C, I and my wife could not manage it. Maybe we are less talented people but I think it should be easier to use. :) One last thing is about the daylight in the early mornings. This might not be an issue for many but if you're like me, bring a sleep mask with you as you have daylight at 6 AM through the white curtain. I'd suggest to have a pergola or black out curtain.
