Gostei da localização, dos funcionários, a funcionária que serve o café da manhã é excelente!!! Os quartos são confortáveis, tudo novinho e limpinho.
Está faltando saboneteira nos box dos banheiros, pois não tem nenhum apoio e tivemos que colocar o sabonete no chão. Falta também um tapete antiderrapante nos boxes, pois está muito perigoso para tomar um tombo quando estiver ensaboado, principalmente pessoas de idade. Falta uma academia, no BOOKIN está anunciado que tem academia, mas isso não é verdade, porque a academia está instalada em outra unidade do hotel que fica bem distante. Achei muito desagradável!

Nota 1000!!! Super perto do centro, 5 minutos a pé e tudo plano! Zero gasto com estacionamento!! Instalação novinha, tudo limpíssimo e lindo, café da manhã maravilhoso, colaboradores super simpáticos!! Tudo de excelente qualidade, cama King, lençóis, toalha tinha até espelho com led no quarto e banheiro!!!….foi a minha melhor escolha em Campos em 7 anos visitando anualmente a cidade!
