    It markets it self as a hotel , it is a managed condo , no food, or restaurant on site (there are some Arabic restaurants in the mall below, but I’m not technically counting them) I requested 2 rooms with 4 beds as adults ( adjoining preferred for teenage kids ) , I understand adjoining is not always possible, how ever I booked 2 weeks in advance , they could have AND SHOULD HAVE advised , not possible (I would have booked elsewhere) when we arrived , all good , got upto room , I room queen bed , 2nd room 1 single bed , Only 3 towels , 3 bottles of water .. WTF? Went back to reception, whats going on ? I tried to explain I booked (and paid for) 2 rooms with 2 beds each (4 beds) , they had put us in a “junior suite that had 2 bedrooms, and that’s what they called 2 rooms) I tried to explain the terminology of “room” with Agoda, that it doesn’t matter if it’s a 1,2,3 7 bedroom suite , it’s classed (for booking reference) as 1 room … Their solution , a camp bed brought up and put in already stupidly small lounge .. not happy While the attendants were setting this up , reception rung us , sorry we now understand your request , we have another “room “ ready …not on same floor .. not happy but an okish solution So we went down (8 floors ) to this other room only to be confronted with a room that was adjoining .. I went and saw reception, why can’t we have the other room ? It’s not on line yet … the reception staff were very nice but , if they are marketing themselves as a hotel and have bookings, Agoda , etc requests they need to get their act together, even my Thai partner got angry with the muck around… and she is chill as … So long story but my recommendation is if staying with family , avoid at all costs , so many more options around , these guys are just painful to deal with

    The hygiene of the room was extremely concerning. I checked in late at night, already exhausted, only to lift the blanket and discover a huge dirty water stain and even bloodstains! This was by far the most unhygienic experience I’ve ever had. I tried calling the front desk multiple times but no one answered, so I had to go downstairs myself. I asked to speak with the manager, but no one paid attention. It wasn’t until 1am that they finally changed the sheets after much delay. The air-conditioner blows directly at the pillow, which is very uncomfortable. I asked if I could switch to a different room, but was told there were no options and all rooms were the same. The LED light on the aircon unit is also extremely bright, which can be very disturbing if you’re sensitive to light while sleeping. The room faces the main road and is very noisy. (Not sure about other rooms.) There is no stovetop, just a basic kettle, some utensils, and a fridge—so it’s not suitable if you plan to cook. While the location is central, transportation is not very convenient. It takes 10–20 minutes on foot to get to the MRT. Taxis have to make a big loop just to get to the lobby, and the traffic is very congested. Most disappointing of all, the service was severely lacking. There was no apology or compensation at all, which made my business trip even more exhausting.
