The ideal stay in Orosei. Set in a grand old town house, the apartment is superbly placed right in the town, yet is quiet once inside. All amenities in the house are good, and the outdoor space is very useful. Spacious apartment, comfortable and well equipped and spotlessly clean. Really enjoyed our stay here. Check in was easy, wifi sound, everything worked so well.

Il posto era splendido, davvero accogliente come la gentilissima proprietaria Eleonora! La posizione ottima, con un bellissimo locale giusto di fronte alla struttura. L'alloggio era piacevolmente curato nei dettagli, stupenda la terrazza, Casa Mia una vera scoperta!
Il patio esterno non direi esattamente che non ci è piaciuto, piuttosto che una volta completo aggiungerà sicuramente un valore a tutta la casa!

Posizione strategica, cura e eleganza della casa. Balconata all'ultimo piano decisamente bella, soprattutto per aperitivi serali e post cena guardando le stelle. L'accoglienza della host, giovane e disponibile, è stata perfetta e molto utile.

Magnifique maison familiale, récemment restaurée avec bonheur, dans le respect des beaux matériaux d'origine. Les espaces communs sont vastes et agréables (cour arborée au rez-de-chaussée et terrasse sur le toit). Belle situation au cœur d'Orosei (un peu de bruit dans la rue, mais les châssis de fenêtre sont très efficaces). Bars, restaurants à deux pas (recommandation spéciale pour le Bar Da Manu: excellente cuisine!)
Eleonora gère la location avec beaucoup d'attention et d'amabilité. Il y a encore quelque aspects en cours d'amélioration. Ce sera certainement parfait dans quelques mois. Le 10/10 est à portée de main...
Douche un peu étroite dans la chambre que nous avons occupée (n°4). Dommage pour un lieu si vaste
