    The property was severely understaffed. The lift was not working throughout our stay despite being told at check‑in that it would be repaired the same day. The AC in the room did not work properly, the handwash dispenser was empty, and no buckets were provided in the bathroom. Towels were given only on request, and housekeeping informed us that they provide just one towel per room. There was no phone in the room to contact staff, and there were no professional receptionists or trained room staff. Breakfast was extremely poor, with no one present to attend to guests or even enquire. Overall, the place felt more like a poorly managed hostel than a hotel. We had booked through Agoda at ₹*** per night, but other guests reported paying about ₹***, which is still high for the quality of facilities and service provided. We left feeling overcharged and very disappointed with the overall experience.
