Charming St Davids Cottage with Cathedral Views

The location was brilliant, overlooking the cathedral and a short walk to so many interesting shops as well as food shops. A good central location to access the beaches nearby.

The location was excellent, and the house was large, spacious, and featured a lovely back garden. The kitchen was well-equipped and beautifully presented, making it a great space for preparing meals.

The upstairs area became quite hot due to limited ventilation, as the windows in the three front bedrooms could not be opened. This made the rooms feel stuffy and uncomfortable for sleeping, particularly during the heatwave. We contacted the owner, who tried to help, but unfortunately fans were unavailable as they had sold out locally. The owner has advised that steps are being taken to address the ventilation issue for future guests. The house can sleep up to 10 people - even with 5 of us, we felt that two bathrooms (one of which was en suite) were too few. The number of bathrooms wasn't clear in the online description.

A spacious, well-equipped and comfortable house in a beautiful setting.

Freesat box connected to WiFi but no dish/aerial or free to air channels. Normally not an issue but this would have been useful for one of our party during our stay

Very comfortable, warm and peaceful. Like a home from home.

Couldn’t get free stat to work. It said the signal was weak.
