Perfect place for a one night stay which we needed being on our way to Quebec City. We enjoyed the small balcony with the view on the lake as well as the fact it was close to a restaurant. It was clean and exactly as advertised, so no nothing was missing or incorrect. We briefly met with the charming owner. The apartment is on the second floor, but it are easy stairs.
The spot where the trash cans stood was inconvenient (for me): every time I threw something in and stood up, I bumped my head against the extractor hood and they more or less blocked the area in front of the microwave.

It was perfectly clean and very quiet day and night, very nice to have a balcony and a view on the lake and the birds.
It sleeps 4 but its a tiny living space. Tiny kitchen with 2 bedrooms, no living room. We were 3 and gone all day long, but i wouldn't recommend for a family that plans to cook or whatever. If you use it as you would a motel, it's perfect! And Sonia is super nice and easy to reach. Thank you!!
