Nice base to visit town, well renovated small flat.
Dumb system that requires you to switch off all electricity as you leave the apartment, effectively switching off all heating, which meant the flat was permanently cold during our stay in the winter (and would be hot during the summer)

Overall, the apartment is good and located in a nice neighborhood. Within walking distance (5–7 minutes) there are cafés, pastry shops, supermarkets, fruit stands, and fresh fish shops. Nearby you’ll also find a park, St. Nicholas Cathedral, and the train station. But there are also some not-so-great aspects.
Right outside the window there’s a construction site. Six days a week you wake up at 7 AM to the noise. There are two air conditioners, but they don’t really cool. They just push around hot air. You can open the window to create a nice draft, but then in the morning you’ll wake up to the sounds of construction.

The mattress Of the bed is too hard and not comfortable. Shower floor need to be fixed. I had to mop every time .
