The location was great, right in the center of Osh, and easy to get many places. The facility was clean upon arrival. The washing machine worked well, and there was plenty of room to dry clothing.

The bathroom sink was inoperable. We had to use the bathtub to wash our hands after using the toilet. There was no tv though it was listed as an ammenity. We were told the previous guests broke it. There is only air conditioning in one room, and the other room was unbearably hot. There is a very large digital billboard outside the window of the bedroom, and if there are guests using the pull out couch, there is light in their eyes all night. A blackout curtain would eliminate this issue. Though we booked and paid for five people, there weren't enough dishes for five people. (There weren't five mugs, or five forks, etc.) Communication with the host was not straightforward. Originally I had requested a different check in time through booking.com and it was approved, but the day before the host told me that time was not available, and we had to scramble and reschedule our morning and find new transportation. The directions to get to the building were not clear.
