"This place is an absolutely proper top-tier spot. There were no bad vibes and absolutely no drama during the stay. Honestly, I can't fault the overall setup and environment."
The charlady cleaned my place and changed the bedclothes just one single time across 37 days of my stay. I had to handle my own room upkeep and pay out-of -pocket for external laundry service down the road.

Cozy, good location
The shower is combined with the toilet and sink. Everything is constantly getting wet.

It is a cute room, space enough for 2 people. Location is perfect with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and beach. The host is responsive and supports with matters of urgency. Good sunlight in the room. Excellent camera coverage for security in common areas
Mild bad odour in the rest rooms. Would be good if the host could provide soap to clean the WC and an Air freshener, Small gaps on the room entrance doors need to be sealed perhaps with wood paste. Door seal at the bottom of the entrance door.
