Young lad checking in was top class, fair play to him. Decent location, handy to get around. Seen people with pets so thats a bonus for you pet lovers. All in all, good enough place. Popular with lads on the tools working away.
Bit noisy now and again, they had some groundworks going on. To be expected I suppose. Junction exiting can be time-consuming as it's on a fairly busy roundabout. With a functioning restaurant and bar in the adjacent building, and a bit of investment this place would be a goldmine.

Location just on edge of town was very handy for shops, getting something to eat, also going to the fabulous big park. You could walk in 10 mins or so or handy 2 mins drive.
Bed was very comfortable. Everything was very clean.
Its more of a motel than a B&B. Small fridge to keep milk etc to bring your own food would be a plus.

The N20 was great value only walking distance from train station and town centre. Was clean with good showers and breakfast was lovely
