Die Lage ist Ideal für Unternehmungen, ruhig und bietet ausreichend Platz. Der Vermieter ist nett und bemüht auf Anfragen zu antworten. Die Unterkunft bietet viel an vorhandenen Dingen was für einen längeren Aufenthalt von Vorteil ist. Der Bahnhof Cristoforo Colombo ist ca. 30 Minuten entfernt, welchen man für einen Trip nach Rom bestens empfehlen kann.
Leider ist die Präsenz von Mücken etwas nervig. Das Bad ist Verbesserungswürdig, auch in der Küche könnten mehr Basics vorhanden sein (Salz, Suppenkelle, kleine Frühstücksteller). Zudem wäre ein Geschirrschrank sinnvoll. Gardinen würden den störenden Lichteinfall in der Nacht Abhilfe schaffen.

Appartamento molto grande
L'appartamento è in un seminterrato cosa che non si evince nè dalle foto nè dalla descrizione. È molto grande (106 mq) ma privo di riscaldamento. L'unico condizionatore che dava sul grande salone era assolutamente insufficiente a riscaldare sia le camere (2 )che il bagno. Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto freddo. Abbiamo prenotato nel mese di dicembre e ci saremmo aspettati un appuntamento riscaldato.
