Had a really pleasant stay at The Emily Chalet — the place has a warm, homely feel with great amenities like Wi-Fi, a fireplace, indoor games, and even a bonfire and BBQ setup for relaxed evenings. It’s nicely located in a quiet area, yet Naini Lake is just a short drive away (around 1.3 km), so you get the best of both calm and convenience. The caretaker is attentive and ensures everything runs smoothly, and the chef prepares fresh, tasty meals on request, which adds a nice personal touch. Overall, it’s a comfortable and easygoing spot for a laid-back getaway near the heart of Nainital.

Emily's is one of the oldest and most beautiful homestays you will ever find in Nainital. This Heritage property not only offers breathtaking modern interiors, but also gives you that historic era vibe. The staff were humble and happy to offer genuine hospitality. Food was pampering yet homely and location wise quiet nearby to mall road. Recommended with double thumbs up!
