Localização de fácil acesso.
Instalação antiga sem conforto térmico no chão e paredes, o quarto parecia uma geladeira a 4 graus lá fora, isolamento térmico não existe. A fumaça da lareira da recepção subia pelo vão central que ao sair pelos corredores você ficava com roupa e cabelos todos defumados. O que salvou a noite foi o ar condicionado que aqueceu, mas sem condições de pisar no chão do quarto. De todos hotéis da serra gaúcha no inverno, esse foi o que mais sofri com conforto térmico.
