O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente.
O café da manhã também tinha opções variadas e tudo era novinho e fresquinho.
Barulho da estrada e do próprio prédio.
Escutava-se barulhos dos andares superiores e nem era no quarto imediatamente acima do nosso.
O BOX do banheiro também era ruim e vazava água. O chuveiro tinha pressão e temperatura boa, mas ficava variando a temperatura sozinho. Não sei porquê.

Os atendentes do café são absurdamente mal educados, antipáticos e indiferentes. Perguntei se poderia ser feito um café um pouco mais forte e a resposta foi: "esse é o café que temos e ele é forte".
O quarto tinha uma cortina caída. A luz entrava direto, além do frio da rua. Não havia um fechamento de persianas externas.
