La ubicación, muy buena, el desayuno rico, las instalaciones nuevas, tienen una terraza donde se desayuna muy bonita. El personal muy amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. ¡Me encantó!

El lugar es tranquilo, bastante cómodo para descansar.
Me quisieron cobrar más de lo que decía booking, y los adicionales primero me dijeron un precio y después otro personal me dijo el doble de precio, me dejo muy mala experiencia.

La ubicación
Que el hotel estaba cerrado, fue otra filial del hotel donde nos quedamos entonces fue algo complejo la llegada y tener certeza del hotel. Igualmente nos atendieron en el Gran Hotel Victoria y fueron muy amables, no tenía todo lo que contemplaba el otro hotel si, no habia secador de pelo y sin terraza y la puerta del baño tenía transparencia entonces era algo incomodo.
