Nel centro storico (pedonale), a metà scale tra mare e piazza principale. Una piccola sistemazione tipica, da poco ristrutturata con gusto e praticità....c'è praticamente tutto quel poco che serve. Molto pulito. Proprietari gentili. Per esigenze di spazio (le casette al centro di Sperlonga sono praticamente scavate nella roccia) il letto è del tipo "a cassetto", cioè diventa matrimoniale dopo estrazione del secondo lettino che è sotto....una soluzione pratica con materassi comodi. Bel bagno con doccia top. Costo competitivo!!
Per rendere eccezionale questo posticino, bisognerebbe cercare una soluzione aggiuntiva (al pur nuovissimo deumidificatore) per l'umidità proveniente dalla roccia, che tuttavia affligge probabilmente tutte le casette tipiche del centro storico.

Posizione ottima, struttura appena ristrutturata, pulita e lo staff molto gentile e disponibile.
Troppa piccola per tre persone, solo letti a castello, poca possibilità di far arieggiare il locale, scaldabagno per una persona, casa umida. Rapporto qualità-prezzo non adeguato.
