The road to the hotel is not good for around 500m before hotel

It was a big size room , the washroom was clean,the lift was there.

First of all the name of the booking says o bharat mata mandir whereas location took us to Red chilli hotel and restaurant leading us to wander in the night with my wife and daughter without any support... Staff members are not trained as the room was not prepared,there was no AC remote, no towels , no TV in the room , no complimentary water , we had to ask for towels, no intercom service,we had to dial their mobile number which was always not reachable so I had to go everytime to them for any requirement, breakfast quantity was not suffice, also there was no menu , nothing was mentioned for breakfast and reception told that we have only two options, no proper means of transport available from hotel to main road.
