The studio was pretty good , the owner was quite quick to repond to issues .
Quite an awesome Place .
The host was quite humble .
There were quite a few issues , first up you wouldn’t be able to access all the amenities as listed on this site (I didn’t mind though)
Issue with the calling bell
Intercom wasn’t working
Issue with water filter (quick resolution was provided by the host)
Issue with Wi-Fi the day I checked in (resolution provided by the host )
Stayed for a couple a days , but the toilet paper just had a couple of leaves left
The AC was set to automatic mode , tried increasing and decreasing it but seconds later it was coming back to its preset .
The problem is why wait until the guest complaints about all of this when you can set it up fine before the guest arrives .
I’m pretty sure the host would have resolved it if I had complained all of these but i couldn’t care less as my stay was for a short while and i wanted have a quality time .

We had a wonderful stay at The Leela Residences, Bangalore. Rakhee was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless from start to finish.
The check-in process was smooth, payment was straightforward, and communication throughout was excellent. We had a minor issue with the kettle in the apartment, but after just one phone call, Rakhee arranged for it to be replaced immediately. That level of prompt service really stood out.
The accommodation was comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was also very convenient, with Bharatiya Mall nearby, making it easy to enjoy shopping, dining, and entertainment.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and we would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Bangalore.

The accommodation is premium and had a memorable stay for our Anniversary. Great location with Bharatiya Mall and Restaurants in close proximity. Peaceful, clean and scenic vicinity.
Nothing. Look to include Breakfast at the Leela Hotel at an optimum price.
