    ​Incorrect Location: The actual location of the property did not match the address provided on Agoda, and it was situated far away from where it was supposed to be. ​Misleading Photos: The property looked completely different from what was advertised in the pictures. ​Severe Hygiene Issues: The room and washroom were completely uncleaned and dirty, with filthy, stained bedsheets and pillows. ​Unhelpful and Rude Staff: When I asked for the room to be cleaned, the staff refused and told me to just cancel the booking through Agoda if I had a problem. Their behavior was completely unprofessional. ​I strongly advise others to avoid booking this property to save themselves from a terrible experience.

    The room was not clean, the bedsheets were not clean and they didn’t change it even after asking, service was terrible the phone in the room don't work so even to ask for a water bottle you have to go all the way down.

    With a broken bed, mice in the room, Mosquitoes, in the name of cleaning the room they used a half bedsheets covering half of my legs and hence unable to sleep comfortably
