House keeping Service boy Mr. Abhishek was too good and given the excellent service. Front office executive Miss. Deepika and Rama was done excellent job by providing on time service and Fast check in and out service. Breakfast was good as we have taken only 1 day out of 4 night stay, but overall its okay. Specially Mr. Vamshi has taken good care in food section. I can give him excellent rating. Also Ms. Anisha waiter has done a good job.

Being its newly operated hotel there are some flaws like water problems but immediately got solved, Fans need to have regulators. Overall it is a good stay in Citrus Classic Hotel. Need to improve alot like transport facilities, AC in reception area. Some seating area in each floor. To provide hot water in bathrooms. Need to increase the water pressure in bath areas. Lighting in bathroom are very less.
