Lugar muito bem decorado e boa localização
Limpeza! Estava horrível … mal varreram o chão e a sacada estava com um líquido sujo derramado, da até dó porque o apartamento é muito bonito porém a manutenção é pessima. E diz ser de 2 quartos porém é um só!

The doorman Antonio had our names at the door, showed us the flat and we had the door code. Could not be easier! The room is adorable, comfortable, spacious, the property has a lovely pool, it is cozy and quiet, very close to all we needed and near the wedding that was in Raizeiros. Great place to stay for very reasonable price!

Gostei bastante das instalações, especialmente da presença de churrasqueira elétrica.
A limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar, principalmente no que se refere às roupas de cama, mas também quanto à limpeza em geral. Sobre a geladeira, por exemplo, estava cheio de pó. Mas de maneira geral, o que mais incomodou foi o box do banheiro que não fechava direito, a ausência de suporte para sabonete e shampoo no box e principalmente o chuveiro, frio e com jato horrível.
