It was so quaint and cozy, with a cute trellis and walkway and many little singing birds.

The dog next door kept attacking us and running under the screen (no leash) and chasing us o out of the nice outdoor space, so we couldn’t burn the wood we brought for the chiminea! Maybe show your neighbor this and he’ll put him on a leash (not your fault)! (Strange for a chocolate lab to be so aggressive.)

Great location in a quite and safe neighborhood with riverfront access. Good communication from host when we messaged them. Comfortable stay.

We experienced maintenace and cleaning issues that we passed on to the host, but these should have been handled before our arrival. Sparce amenities offered, for instance no paper towels in the kitchen and few coffee/tea supplies. Primary listing did not indicate that you must bring towels, found that information on the final confirmation. No Wifi info, check-out instructions, or local recommendations provided in the house or as part of the confirmation, we had to message the host. These are very simple amenities that can make the guest experience more smooth.
