Bardzo ciche i spokojne miejsce, pełne zieleni, na strzeżonym terenie. Wnętrza i wyposażenie komfortowe, wysokiej jakości, dużo miejsca na rzeczy w szafkach i szafie. Sypialnia duża, z komodami, wygodne łóżko i wyjście na duży, umeblowany taras. W salonie wygodna kanapa, aneks kuchenny w pełni wyposażony, spory tv, również wyjście na taras. Łazienka duża, z deszczownicą i prysznicem, mnóstwo miejsca na blatach i w szafkach, pralko suszarka, kaloryfer. Garaż podziemny z nr miejsca parkingowego duży i wygodny. Przejście do morza z tyłu posesji furtką, w otoczeniu zieleni, potem 85 schodów i tunel pod ulicą, a później wąwozem do morza, już bez schodów - w sumie 900 m. Komfortowo, w porównaniu z głównym wejściem, gdzie jest 220 schodów. W końcu to klif.
Piekarnik nie był podłączony, a w upalny dzień musieliśmy zrezygnować z klimatyzacji, bo zaczęło z niej kapać, co zgłosiłam 2 dni przed wyjazdem. Oferta telewizyjna uboga. Brak miejsca na buty.

Bardzo nowocześnie urządzony apartament. Dobrze wyposażony. Na wyposażeniu klimatyzacja. Bardzo blisko do morza. Super lokalizacja. Łóżka duze i bardzo wygodne.
