The beds were very comfortable and the lounge was lovely too. The kitchen chairs were comfortable also.

It was really difficult to open the door. It was stuck and you had to barge your way in and literally pull it open using an open letter box to get out. There was no hand soap in the downstairs toilet or in the kitchen and very little in the two other bathrooms. There were many cracked plates and bowls in the crockery. We couldn't get the Wi-Fi to work out find any instructions for it. The files were not left out and we found them on the final day but they were about rubbish etc.

Superb location in centre of the village. Gorgeous sea view from lounge and master bedroom window. There was a bitterly cold wind outside but the temperature inside was warm and cosy due to the fully functioning heating system. Our memorable stay over Christmas in Cornwall was made extra special with the Christmas tree and seasonal decorations - Thank you

The sash windows need some further insulation to stop draughts …..possibly a thick curtain? The standard of cleaning is generally good but some corners in the shower cubicles need attention as does the cupboard under the kitchen sink.
