My overall stay at the hotel was very pleasant and comfortable. The property was clean, and the service provided was of a high standard. I especially appreciated the availability of halal food options, which I found to be a significant positive aspect.
However, I found the deposit/hold amount to be excessively high for a single night, which left me feeling somewhat uncomfortable.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. Despite being advertised as a 5-star hotel, the customer service fell far below any 5-star standard. During check-in, my child was not registered even though I provided his passport, which was both frustrating and unprofessional.
Breakfast was extremely limited, with very few options: only 2 types of salami, 3 small pastries, and 3 types of cheese. The quality and selection were far from what one would expect at a luxury hotel. To make matters worse, we were outright denied service at breakfast, which was absolutely appalling. This was due to the receptionist not registering my child passport. I paid for the breakfast!
Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel if you are seeking true 5-star service or a satisfactory experience.
