-One TWIN bed for 3rd adult
-One 6 inch memory foam mattress for 4th person (extra cost per night, only included in the Casita for your stay if the 4th person is added)
WE ARE OFFICIALLY PERMITTED BY THE CITY (SEE IMAGE OF SHORT TERM RENTAL PERMIT ISSUED BY THE CITY). A lot of Airbnbs around town are not legal! Getting caught in an illegal Airbnb will result in a fine by the City! WE ARE LEGAL AND PERMITTED!

This casita was so great. We loved the pink touches throughout the house. It was close enough to Main Street that we walked there a couple of times with no issues. The owner was great and answered all my questions quickly and patiently. We can't wait to stay here again

The Casita was clean. My complaints are that it needed a comfortable area to relax in after shopping all day. Only place to relax was the bed. It had a small table and 2 bar stools but there’s nothing like a couple of comfy chairs or love seat. And, it needed a TV! Also needs more storage area. No shelves for towels. These few changes would make a world of difference.
