Lost Keys/Fobs: Each lost key or fob will incur a $150 replacement fee. Optional services like Cleaning daily or periodically, grocery delivery, and party decorating available on request.

Maria was vey easy to work with and very attentive. The apartment is exactly as advertised. Beautiful views, great location, with easy access to buses and trains. Also very walkable to Time Square and other attractions.

The artistic touch makes the apartment feel warm, charming, and incredibly cozy. Kitchen well stocked, as we used it for some light cooking which made the stay even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was extremely comfortable, and those extra thoughtful touches really made a difference (the bidet was a standout!).The location is great, safe with doormen and super convenient with stores right across the street.This is truly a top choice for any visit to NYC. We’re already planning to book again next year!

The floor plan was great with amazing views of the city. The location of the property had quick access to the high line trail, Central Park, Broadway and Times Square, etc. The host and staff were wonderful to work with. We had a great time and plan on coming back.
