We're located in a charming residential neighborhood just a few blocks from vibrant Times Square! Hudson River Park is also a short stroll, with miles of walking paths, bicycle rentals, and exciting attractions. Restaurant Row is four blocks away, with an abundance of choices of cuisine. We also love our local coffee shops, easy access to grocery stores, and small businesses that make this neighborhood special.Situated in midtown manhattan, near the water on the west side, you'll find yourself surrounded by privacy and luxury while only being a few blocks away from all of the action. Explore the eclectic mix of shops, cafes, and restaurants, or take a leisurely stroll in the parks on west side highway. No Smoking: This is a 100% smoke-free building, as required by building management and lease agreements. Any evidence of smoking will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
Illegal Substances: The use or possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and may lead to eviction and involvement of law enforcement.
Lost Keys/Fobs: Each lost key or fob will incur a $150 replacement fee. Optional services like Cleaning daily or periodically, grocery delivery, and party decorating available on request.

incredible stay, beautiful apartment, responsive host, i would give it a 9.8/10 and the .2 missing is simply because the door has a slight issue that you need to get used to when opening it haha. that goes to show how amazing the property is otherwise, the building is also beautiful and well located - it really made my stay in NY perfect!

Fantastic property! The views from anywhere in the apartment are amazing. Easy check in & check out, very responsive host. Perfect location - close to lots of restaurant & supermarkets, the Hudson River for walks. It was a special place to come back to and reset between exploring New York City. Thank you for sharing your apartment with us!
