The luxury apartment above the roofs of Flims Waldhaus is located in the tower on the west side of the art nouveau building and extends over a total of 3 floors.
The lift takes you from the underground car park or the entrance on the ground floor directly to the master floor of the apartment. Here you will find the spacious living and dining area with a fireplace and a roof terrace with a breathtaking view over Flims and the surrounding landscape. Firewood must be provided by the guest. Two steps down is the "castle" kitchen. On the same floor there are 2 bedrooms, both of which have access to a large daylight bathroom with bubble bath and shower. In addition, there is a guest toilet on this floor, which also has an integrated washing machine that can be used free of charge. One floor higher, a staircase leads from the master floor to the tower room. This room has a sensational roof terrace with a wonderful view. From here, a staircase leads to the top of the tower, where you find a separate bathroom with a shower, washbasin and WC under the historic roof.
The apartment has 2 parking spaces in the underground garage. These parking spaces, WLAN and additional costs such as heating, electricity and water are included in the total price. Bed linen and towels, final cleaning and all taxes are included in the final price.
