All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Your reservation includes two parking passes totaling $70.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The unit is in a great location and is easy to access. It is very close to the pool and the beach. It includes all of the amenities you would need on a vacation. The staff at the resort were nice and helpful. Check-in and check-out were super easy. Would stay here again!

This condo has been updated and is super functional. Everything was clean. Kitchen was stocked. My family enjoyed our stay in this condo. Would definitely recommend!

Was perfect for a quick weekend getaway…the location is great, the place itself was very comfortable to stay in. It was very clean when we arrived and had plenty of places to sit and relax. 10/10 recommend!

The condo was very clean! We loved that the decor was unique, not typical pastels.
We were greeted by a welcome bag of snacks which were great to take to the beach.
Soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, and even a packet of laundry detergent were provided (laundry room on premises).
The patio looked out to the marsh and a walking path, not the parking lot.
Everyone was pleasant, especially security.
The Mahi Mahi tacos were delicious at the beach bar which had great views as well as being so close to the condo.
We'd love to return during the fall months!
