Located at the new Windsor Cay Resort, only a skip and a hop from DISNEYWORLD and all other area attractions! Featuring an incredible Clubhouse and Waterpark FREE ACCESS for our guests to enjoy ☺️ Be one of the first guests to enjoy the AMAZING NEW WATER PARK AND CLUBHOUSE AT Windsor Cay!!!

All bedrooms are ensuites, with attached private bathrooms in this amazing property!
Bedroom and bathroom configuration:
First Floor: King ensuite with walk-in shower and Garden tub ✨
Second Floor: King & Queen ensuite both with Walk in showers 👑
A whimsically HAND PAINTED vintage Mickey and Minnie bedroom, featuring 2 twin size bedrooms and attached bathroom ⚓️
A Magical Harry Potter bedroom with 2 post style twin bedrooms and attached bathroom 🪄
This home also features:
A half bathroom with pool access and living areas. Gorgeously spacious, integrated and modern living spaces for the entire fam!
A second floor bonus TV room, so the family can gather for a cozy movie or game night 🙌🏽
The spacious and beautiful pool deck has been outfitted with additional dining and lounging areas, including a BBQ grill free to use! (BYO Propane)
The pool can be heated from 11/1 to 4/30 for a nominal daily charge of $35.00.
This green home features solar panels, full size toiletries and a desirable EV charger (BYO EV ;) within the spacious 2 car garage.
The Clubhouse at Windsor Cay is currently being finished and should be completed by end of June, 2025. For now, our guests have full usage of the amenities at Windsor Island Resort, featuring the following amenities:
*Fully equipped Gym/Fitness Center
*Zero-Entry Pool
*Lazy River
*Children's Splash Park
*Double Water Slides
*Spa/Hot Tub
*Bar
*Play areas
*Family size Cabanas
*Mini-Golf

We just completed a 7 nights stay at Carla's wonderful property in Clermont FL. This spacious property was spotlessly clean throughout, was extremely well furnished and equipped and very comfortable. Our grandchildren particularly enjoyed the heated swimming pool. Carla's property is located in a safe guard gated resort community with excellent additional amenities for everyone to enjoy. It provides easy road access to the Theme Parks, local restaurants and shopping.We give Carla's property a well deserved 5 stars and highly recommend this superb property for anyone looking for a safe, spacious, comfortable, clean and ideally located vacation property.
