(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very clean! However, it is liated with Vacasa for property management. While they were responsive, they also want submission of your drivers license and personal information. I was not comfortable sharing this information.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed while still being quiet and relaxing. Everything about the home made our trip easy and enjoyable, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this property for six nights while visiting family in the area during Stampede. It was a wonderful property and everything was very clean and comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again!
