Other Things to Note:
The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation.
● This property can host a maximum of 14 guests, including children and infants, per the local governing regulations.
DOG FEE:
● $100 per dog. All dogs must be vetted. We allow a maximum of 3 dogs per booking, and we have the right to decline dogs based on breed or age. The appropriate fees will be requested once final approval has been confirmed.
Wander Home welcomes guests with fully verified profiles. Please upload your government-issued ID and payment method in your account settings, as well as send us a photo of your ID.
Eligible refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee.
A damage waiver fee ($40) is included for all reservations.
Given the rural setting of the property, occasional sightings of ants, spiders, flying insects, and mice may occur despite our year-round pest control efforts. We strive to manage these encounters to the best of our ability, but cannot guarantee that the house will be completely pest free.
NOTE: We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: CVS, Wawa, or Super Foodtown.
We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. Note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank
When drought, weather or other conditions present an unusual fire risk, a burn ban may be imposed by the local jurisdictions without prior notice.

Hello,Trip was just a weekend getaway with all adult friends! Excellent for our 14 friends! Nice location! Key things - hot tub, pool, Popcorn machine, fire pit with space for all 14, dining table for all 14, 4 bathrooms! House was very clean…Host was nice and super responsive…nice cosy house!!!

This place is amazing and the shower is as well. The beds are comfortable and the host was very pleasant and attentive. The house is huge and everything about it is great. We will stay there every year from now on
