Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.
Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.
Pet Policy
Pets are allowed on the premise provided it has been disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee has been paid. Please keep dog on a leash in public spaces, and clean up all poops.
Important Note: guests should clean the grill after use or else a $25 fee will be charged.

House was fine and large enough for 10. However we had a small group of 3 with a dog and were looking forward to the hot tub even if we had to pay extra for it. However, its lack of availability was not listed or ever mentioned to us until after we arrived. This review shouldn't be seen as a negative review because if the house is really intended to be rented without the hot tub as an amenity, this review would only serve to emphasize what is claimed not to be available. Otherwise the house was fine and their locl on the ground person, Maria, was awesome.
