The Cozy Carriage House boasts private, two-story comfort. One bedroom with queen and daybed. Living room with TV, Netflix Prime, Fridge, day bed and queen sleeper sofa. Coffee dinnerware creamer. Walking distance to Court St and Ohio U. All linens and amenities of a hotel stay are provided with privacy and comfort. We'll be able to answer any questions you might have while you're at our place. Note: Spiral Staircase to 2nd floor/bath. Sleeps 4.

Great location close to Ohio University, made for an easy, fun and smooth stay. Coffee and snacks provided were much appreciated. Host was fantastic!

The owner did a great job communicating. There was a sweet graduation gift for my graduate. The house was so nicely decorated and had plenty of space. Will definitely plan a trip back soon.
