Vento Estivo Mansion, a charming and spacious villa in the peaceful village of
Maritsa -- the perfect retreat for families and large groups of up to 16 guests.
Surrounded by nature, this beautiful home offers the comfort, privacy, and
relaxation you need for a memorable holiday.
The villa
features seven cozy bedrooms spread across two levels. On the semi-floor,
Bedroom 1 includes two single beds and a lovely garden view. Next to it,
Bedroom 2 has a comfortable double bed and also overlooks the green garden.
Bedroom 3 is ideal for families, offering one double bed, two single beds, a
private ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a veranda with relaxing garden
views. Bedroom 4 comes with two single beds (which can be joined into a
double), a pool view, and its own balcony -- perfect for quiet mornings or
evening breezes.
Upstairs,
Bedrooms 5 and 6 each offer a double bed, a peaceful pool view, and a private
balcony to enjoy your coffee or a good book. Bedroom 7 is a special retreat
with a double bed, a garden-view balcony, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom that
includes a bathtub with a soothing hot tub -- ideal for unwinding after a sunny
day.
All
bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, TVs, and spacious wardrobes for
your comfort.
The villa
includes 4 showers, 1 bathtub, and 1 extra WC. One of the showers on the first
floor features a glass wall and offers a beautiful view while you refresh.
For your
living needs, there are 3 bright and welcoming living rooms, 2 fully equipped
kitchens, and on the first floor, a mini bar and kitchenette for light meals or
evening drinks. Dining is a pleasure here, with 5 dining areas in total -- 3
indoors and 2 outdoors -- perfect for every occasion. Two laundry rooms, located
on each level, add extra convenience during your stay.

Estivo Mansion is also child-friendly, offering a baby cot and high chair for
infants and young children.

outside and discover your private paradise. The outdoor area features a large
private pool with a fun water slide and a waterfall -- a favorite for kids and
adults alike. There are also 2 outdoor showers, a lovely garden, a patio, and
multiple sitting and dining areas to enjoy meals under the sun or stars. A
built-in BBQ and food prep area make it easy to cook and gather outdoors.
Youll also find plenty of sunbeds, 2 parasols, 2 gazebos for shaded
relaxation, and 6 private parking spots.

Estivo Mansion is located in the quiet and pretty village of Maritsa. Its a
peaceful place, but still close to everything you need. The airport is only
about 15 minutes away by car, and Rhodes Town -- with its famous Old Town (a
UNESCO World Heritage Site) -- is just 20 minutes away.
Beautiful
beaches like Faliraki and Kremasti are also nearby, perfect for swimming,
sunbathing, and relaxing. One of the most famous places on the island, the
village of Lindos, is around 45 minutes away. There, you can visit the
ancient Acropolis, walk through lovely white-washed streets, and enjoy amazing
sea views.
Youll also
find supermarkets, pharmacies, and even a hospital just a short drive from the
villa, so everything is easy and close.
Maritsa is
a lovely Greek village with traditional tavernas and friendly people. Its a
great place to enjoy the local culture and explore the island of Rhodes.
