It is designed to accommodate up to 6 people thanks to the two bedrooms and the sofa bed in the living room.

Welcome to Ginestas, a typical and picturesque village in the Minervois region, located just 2 km from the Canal du Midi, 20 minutes from Narbonne, and 40 minutes from Béziers. Nestled among the vineyards, enjoy an authentic and relaxing stay in a peaceful and welcoming setting.
The apartment:
Located in a historic building in the old town and fully renovated in 2025, this spacious and bright apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It is ideal for families or groups of friends.
You’ll find:
A large living area featuring a cozy sitting area, a welcoming dining area, and a fully equipped open kitchen.
Two comfortable bedrooms, each with a 160-cm hotel-quality double bed.
A sofa bed in the living room to accommodate 2 additional guests if needed.
Amenities available:
Modern kitchen: induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle.
Tiled bathroom.
Hardwood floors in the bedrooms and living area.
Electric heating.
Air conditioning in the summer (June through September)
Linens provided: sheets, towels, dish towels.
Wi-Fi connection.
Location:
Located in the historic center of Ginestas, right next to the church, you’ll be just a stone’s throw from the shops and the village’s charms. The bakery is a 5-minute walk away. You can also find food there.
⚠️ Please note: there is no reserved parking spot, but it’s always easy to find free parking nearby. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.
Access is via a key box. You’ll receive all the necessary information via message before your arrival. The support team is available at any time from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.

It was a perfect place for us above the restaurant and in the center of the village. We just loved it and would return again. Central for nearby sightseeing. Light and airy.
