About this house rental
Very bright house where we find on the first floor the complete accommodation:
**A fully equipped kitchen open to the living/dining room
**Two bedrooms with double beds, one 160 cm and the other 140 cm
**a bathroom with Italian shower and large sink with 2 taps
**toilets
**On the first floor, you can use the equipped kitchen as well as the laundry room with washing machine, iron, ironing board, as well as a closed garage.
**The garden includes a green area with its RELAXATION/JACUZZI area with sunbeds on a wooden terrace; and a terrace with a barbecue/plancha shelter partly covered by a roof
**The house is located 20 km from Avignon and its summer festival. Many must-see places such as Saint Rémy de Provence, Gordes..., the Luberon, the Monts de Vaucluse, the Drôme, the Ardèche...
You can visit Montpellier, Marseilles within an hour's drive; Spain and Italy 4 hours away.
A road bike from the house will allow you to go for rides in complete safety.
The more experienced will be able to challenge "the giant of Provence" the Mont Ventoux. Many hiking trails will allow you to discover the region
A multitude of Provençal villages and their weekly markets will allow you to discover local products.
The Spirou park is 5 minutes from the house
It is a residential and very quiet area close to the small city center with all amenities. You can get there on foot by walking (5mn)
