There’s a kitchen/diner equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and a utility with a washing machine, tumble dryer. There’s a sitting room with a woodburning stove and TV. Oil central heating, WiFi, fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A highchair and travel cot are available. There’s off-road parking for two cars and a non-enclosed front patio with picnic bench. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Shop 0.6 miles, pub 0.5 miles, beach 1.2 miles. This property only allows bookings starting on a Monday or a Friday. One small step between the hall and lounge, hall and kitchen and out onto the patio. This property has a three night minimum booking restriction.
