Raphael House has one ground-floor double with en-suite bath, shower over, basin and WC, one lower-ground-floor double, one ground-floor twin (zip/link can be king-size on request) with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC and one lower-ground-floor twin. Lower-ground-floor shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. There’s a kitchen/diner equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and a utility with a washing machine, tumble dryer. There’s a sitting room with a woodburning stove and TV. Oil central heating, WiFi, fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A highchair and travel cot are available. There’s off-road parking for two cars and a non-enclosed front patio with picnic bench. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Shop 0.6 miles, pub 0.5 miles, beach 1.2 miles. This property only allows bookings starting on a Monday or a Friday. One small step between the hall and lounge, hall and kitchen and out onto the patio. This property has a three night minimum booking restriction.

Town: Burry Port is perfectly located on the beautiful South West Wales coastline and has a selection of shops, a Post Office, several pubs and restaurants. The golf club is renowned for offering all year round sport, no matter what the weather throws at you, and the sandy beach is equally delightful on hot summer, or wild stormy winter days. The harbour is a hive of activity, where you can sit and watch the fishermen return to shore with their fish laden boats. The Millennium Coastal Park with its 22kms of off road cycletrack runs along this beautiful coastline, allowing walkers and cyclists alike to discover one of the most scenic routes in Wales. For the shoppers in your party, Carmarthen is a vibrant shopping centre, with lots of main chain stores plus small, unique Welsh gift shops, lovely restaurants, tea rooms, pubs, a bowling alley and a cinema for film buffs. Llanelli offers a great range of out of town shopping, a modern cinema, a theatre and a leisure centre, as well as a Nicklaus-designed modern links golf course. For horse racing fans, the Ffos Las racecourse is open all year with many meetings and is fast becoming the best new racecourse in the UK. The lovely eight mile long Cefn Sidan beach is just over 2 miles away, one of the treasures of Pembrey Country Park.
